Dear Members and Friends of the HSMAI Boston Chapter, Inc., It is my honor to serve as your 2011 chapter president. I would like to thank Lisa Tiernan, the 2010 president, and her board for their work this past year. My goal for the upcoming year is to provide to our membership consistent and timely educational programming that meets the needs of senior sales people, junior sales people, and revenue managers. If there are any topics that you would like to see the chapter cover, please feel free to contact me and let me know! In addition to our chapter programming we are very excited about the new Certified Hospitality Sales Executive (CHSE) certification program as well as the continuation of the successful Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) certification program. Both programs allow hospitality professionals to distinguish themselves in our industry.
